Scoring Certification Exams question

I'm getting ready to take my first certification test next weekend. How do they grade the questions with multiple answers? Do they add every question up and then divide by the total number of answers that were to be given or do they mark it wrong if you missed one out of the three required answers for that one question? Looking at the study guide that I have, it shows that i must get 46 out of 74 correct.

i think it's all or nothing. that's how it works on the practice (boson) exams, at least.
