I just finished the follwing tasks with my cellphone providersL

T Mobile:
1 replaced defective phone
2 combined 3 accounts onto a family plan

Time elapsed 15 minutes.

AT&T
1 Asked them to give me a new sim card or activate one that I got with my eBay replacement phone. I'd asked them to send me a new SIM card on the 19th & they never sent it.

Time elapsed 45 minutes.

AT&T is crap. Cingular, my current service, has spotty reception. I work for T-Mobile, though I don't have any of their phones, and they seem decent. Verizon probably has the best service, I think, but T-Mobile has the best billing and customer service.

Verizon was recently rated the best [overall, east and west coast] by Consumer Reports magazine.

I chickened out on the Sidekick I was looking @, seems to have people that love them & really hate them, maybe I'll grab a Motorola/MS phone in July.
