Okay, I found this to answer my own question.

To help cut costs, the four hot-swap SATA bay of the 800D has been replaced by four fixed SATA bays. Corsair also tossed the side window out the, er, window and replaced it with a solid side panel on the 700D.

use internet explorer. I couldn't get it to come up on bing with firefox.

If you have thick carpet you may need to place the 700d on a hard surface. It sucks air from the bottom of the case, about 1inch off the ground. (Paraphrasing from a Maximum PC article)
