scorched earth 3d

So I was checking out the list of free games again, decided to download scorched earth 3d. At first I thought it was entirely too difficult to aim, but once I got used to it I found it to be just as easy, if not easier, than the original game. I also notice you can play online with other people and even host your own server, so I was wondering if anyone here plays? It's a classic, and I always liked it. Beats gunbound for sure.

Friends and I used to play the original ALL the time. I remember checking out the 3d version...maybe I'll have to play with it again.

There should be a site for meeting and setting up servers

I tried to get on a server last night, but each round was 40 seconds of waiting and waiting and then everyone fired at once. 40 seconds is a long time. I thought I was lagging!

I'd host a server if I knew the bandwidth it used per person. I don't have much of an upload :/
