Just saw this on coming attractions. Reading a little about it now, here's the cast list:

Freddie Prinze Jr. (Fred); Sarah Michelle Gellar (Daphne); Linda Cardellini (Velma Dinkley); Matthew Lillard (Shaggy).

There were a couple other characters listed too, including one named "Mary Jane" (Shaggy's second love?).

Oh, and scooby will be CGI.
