There's a ton of new scifi episodes in July. Either new shows or the return of old ones:

Warehouse 13
Eureka
Virtuality
Dr. Who
Torchwood
Primeval.

Did I miss any?
Very unusual for so many scifi shows to have original episodes in a single month.
I have to check the tivo to make sure I have enough space.

Looks good to me from memory techs, I for one look forward to the new shows! 🙂

As of 7/07, it will be SyFy July.
Should it be pronounced Sigh Figh or Siffee?

Oh, btw, I noticed on BBC America last night that HD is coming July 20th, which I believe is the day the new Torchwood mini-series starts.
I'm not holding out hope that Comcast will add it. But it would be a nice surprise.

I believe the correct pronunciation is "retarded". 😛

Agreed.
Hey, what's the origin of your username?
For some reason it reminds me of a song.

origin is from a Star Trek: TOS episode

Whatever marketing genius at skiffy thought up of Syfy needs to be publically tarred/feathered. Seriously, it is a discrace to their profession and to those who are really the viewers who made Scifi possible. "Look at us, we're new and hip! Lets crap all over our core audience and put on wrestlemania! woo!"

Anyway, I don't really think Dr. Who/Torchwood should count because they are by default reruns that everybody else has already seen online or on BBC. I am a big fan of both, but wouldn't consider these to be 'new'. Primeaval seems okay so far - maybe it'll grow on me, but I just don't know yet. WH13 just seems like a recycled xfiles. Eureka was kinda fun in a quirky kinda way.

Maybe I'm just pessemistic about TV nowadays... 🙁

Well, the Dr. Who's/Torchwood have never been on US television before, and not "legally" available online so I count them as new.
