I would have built this into the ground..... so if anything goes wrong the car just lands onto some still ground and doesn't destroy itself.

Idiots. The plane will never take off if you can't get lift under its wings. How is it supposed to do that if it's standing still on a treadmill?

that things pretty awesome. And when its in its final environment (wind tunnel) it will be underground. And the car is probably being tethered with some big steel cables...so I don't think its going anywhere.

should be some pretty awesome aero testing when this is in production!
