If faith is [a belief] based on something that is not logical, then how can people have faith in science? Belief is something you hold to be true. You can believe in science, sure, but you cannot have faith in it? So belief and faith are seperate in their own ways?

The scientific method is looking for the best explaination of how the world works. As a scientist, I am never surprised when old theories are proved wrong. Science is not based on faith
