Scientific calculator recommendations?

Nocturnal

Can anyone recommend me a good scientific calculator? My Math 24 teacher will now allow any of us to use any type of graphing calculator which I previously bought to this class.

Thanks in advance.

None. But aren't scientific calculators roughly 10-20 dollars? I am not looking for any type pf TI8x calc. I already have one. I can't use it for class though.

Go to Walmart, KMart or Target they should have decent TI sci calculators for around $15-$20.

The one I used in high school was pretty cool, had this hard plastic clamshell design but back in 1988-1992 it cost around $80 ouch!

I always liked Casio for scientifics. They were cheap (<$20), well featured, and last a long time with their dual solar/battery power. I had one, fx-115s, go through all four years of high school only to lose it the second day of college. It had this over-the-top flip lid that covered the face when not in use and angled the face a little for better viewing when opened. That, and you never lost the cover since it was hinged to the calculator (or you could lose the whole thing, like I did). 🙁

Oh yeah, there's that ~250 functions, complex math, basic statistical calculations, etc, etc, if you're looking for that sort of thing. 😛
