We used to have one of these. 2 big things I remember about them. The resistance is not adjustable, except via pedaling speed (The faster you pedal, the more resistance). The big deal tho is that it is NOISY.... So, if you want to watch TV while using this thing, you had better make sure yours can crank up to go over the noise of the bike. We eventually donated ours to GoodWill and got an older model Schwinn 213 Recumbent bike with magnetic resistance. MUCH quieter and a bit more comfortable.....
