Solution is simple.

Why are people so worked up over this? Really, it's cleaner. Peeing standing up makes little splatters all over the place. The urine stream breaks up into droplets by the time it reaches the water in the toilet, and each one can make a little rebound droplet, which can spritz anywhere around the toilet.

The male body is designed to survive, and be able to impregnate females. Having an aimable urethra just happens to be a side effect of this.
And to my knowledge, women can also urinate while standing. It might not be as easy to aim the output, but it can be done.
