Also, if you just get rid of race without solving the underlying causes for prejudice you'll just replace racism with other hates based on family name, wealth, religion, region, or bacon preference.

Civilized people choosing not to have children is not eugenics, and there is nothing inherently wrong with the core principles of eugenics.

The point made in the OP reminds me of the idea that mandatory school uniforms provide one less reason for kids to bully each other. There's still a million others, and even with school uniforms, there are indicators that one kid's family isn't so well off.

Agree, although I guess I am bi-bacon and prefer it less than crisp, but can happily eat it very crisp, depending on usage.

Actually you are wrong. All that would do, at best, would eliminate the targets of racist thought. The racism and the ideas behind it would still be there just without any people to direct it at. In all likelihood, it would then pop up in other ways.

This solution wouldn't work under any real or theoretical circumstances. I am not surprised such an idea came from a "diversity" trainer. The people that support such nonsense are generally devoid of logic.
