Hello all,
Current school project calls for critical analysis of the problem of Internet piracy.
Essentially what I'd like to have happen in this thread is to see BOTH views of the argument. Whether you are pro or con is of no matter. (FI, you may be con but post a pro argument that's good OR vice versa.)
The three divisions of piracy to be studied are music, movies and software (and the companies that are driving both sides of each coin. RIAA, Hollywood, P2P networks, etc.)
This will greatly help the development of this project (which is trying to give fair repute to BOTH sides of the piracy issue and discuss and dissect the very best arguments.)
Try to give credit to authors if any info is actually researched by yourself. You will get credit for the research and they will get credit for the argument. Any other arguments will be used by permission (PM or email) and again due credit given.
TIA!
Also, if any topic/project specific questions come up, just post them...I'll be close by.
