Went to a local pre-screening of School Of Rock and I truely enjoyed it.

It is a light and hilarious movie that will keep the young and the old entertained without any teenager-sex joke or grossed-out material. Between the lines of wacky Jack Black and the adorable school kids, there are constant bashing of MTV and rock sell-outs. So what it has a cheesy plot, JB's fan (I am) will love it and others will find it enjoyable.

I just got back from a pre-screening. This movie was really funny! There were a lot of moments were I could barely hear the movie because people were laughing so hard. No one but Jack Black could have played that part. It must have been written for him. If you like his whole "AC/DC rocker" schtick then you'll like this movie. That's pretty much all it is. It's not the best movie of the year but it's worth $7.
