The portfolio should be professional in appearance, bound (not loose, stapled, or in a manila folder), and the work in the portfolio should follow the submission guidelines found in the syllabus. DO NOT use three ring binders, slide folders, or plastic sleeves for each sheet.

So what exactly am I supposed to use?

bound like a book

the part that holds the pages together is the binding

its going to cost you some $ , they want it "professionally" bound, like a real book

you are going to have to take your material to a shop/printer or maybe kinkos can do it

is your material all electronic? (word docs, powerpoints, etc)
or is it a combination of pictures and text?

you'll have to talk to whoever is going to make it to find out what format it needs to be in
