School bus fight....

I know this has been posted.....but I searched for bus, driver, school and came up with crap. I, personally, think these kids should be tortured to death. Are the bus drivers, and allow them to shoot kids like this, and dump their worthless bodies by the side of the road, and the world would be a much better place.

Rotten friggin kids anyway....

According to Charlotte County sheriff's reports, the fight happened last Tuesday afternoon when Taylor tried to put a seat belt on Hendershot who refused to wear it.

He then told Hendershot to sit up front, but the boy refused. When Taylor walked to the back of the bus, Dickinson got in his way and cursed at him. Taylor then slapped Dickinson in the face and grabbed his throat, the video shows. Dickinson is seen on the video as pushing and punching the 66-year-old bus driver.

The bus driver instigated the violence and you want the kids "tortured to death"?

unless the kids were physically threatening someone or the busdriver he shouldn't be touching them. unless this first condition is met any adult who touches a child of mine should be ready to deal with some serious consequences.

I DO have plans to adopt! Wife and I were just talking about it.... And my kids won't turn out to be little sh!theads who think they can get away with anything and not be held accountable for it....and I'll never need to lay a hand on them....

I agree, this 66 yr old took his "Authority" too far.

He has a lot of other options rather than grabbing the kid by the throat for not wearing his seatbelt.

He should've driven to the nearest Police Station and dropped the kid off with Authorities.

Well, perhaps I was overly dramatic......

And yeah, the bus driver "maybe" shouldn't have grabbed the kid. But those kids were friggin little snots.

So, what do you do, as a bus driver, teacher, school janitor, etc, do when some kid cusses at you? Back in the day, that kid would've been smacked accross the face, and as a direct result of that, imo, kids didn't cuss out authority figures. Nowadays, school officials get sued for touching rotten kids. Solution?

Those kids have rotten parents. If my kids acted like that, I would pray to god that someone kicked their ass.

That school bus driver deserves to be fired and be charged with felony assault. The kids did nothing wrong but use foul language. That's not a crime, btw.

As much as it pains me. . .OH GOD does it pain me. . .I gotta side with conjur on this one. Being cursed at by a teenager is no excuse for a grown man to lay a hand on a kid let alone grab him by the throat. Even moreso if you are not even that kids parent (not that I am advocating that a parent should ever grab their child by the throat). Words can't hurt you. A broken neck. . .well that can hurt. Uh...not quite. Watch the vid. At least one kid attacks bus driver. Threatens him as well. Both kids were arrested, and are being charged with felony assualt. If all that happened is the bus driver choked some kid, and the kid swore at him...we wouldn't be having this conversation.

Everyone acted inappropriately, but I have to say I have sympathy for the bus driver, because the last thing I'd, as an adult, be able to tolerate is a pissant teenager standing in my way and cursing me. I'd want to knock his block off and it woulid require superhuman restraint not to do it.

More proof we need to eliminate public schools. People and parents not paying don't appreciate. People that arn't kicked out for minor violations the public school allows for turn into animals like video shows with zero repect for authoirity.

I never got into a fight with a BUS DRIVER, because if a bus driver told me to do something I would do it and shut up, becuase I wasn't raised by white trash losers. I guess that's my point.

Yep, at least in a private school if a kid acts like this you show them the door and don't have to worry about it. Sure, you've got to make money, but trouble kids don't last. I went to a private school and there were NO kids who were out of line. The school just didn't tolerate it. Violence, belligerence were not issues at all.
