so i filled out this application online and submitted it and i need to write a 500 word essay but they don't specify a topic. I'm a newbie at this can someone give me an insight?

If they don't state a topic then they must mean THE TOPIC. You know, wink wink, nod nod, THE TOPIC, the one we never mention by name. COOR!

something clean, to the point, and original. catch their attention with the first sentence, and then wow them.

Easy enough to say; much more difficult in the actual execution.

no, its really not. you just have to not be afraid to talk about topics you'd normally be embarassed about. give them something thats truly you. for example, my college essay was about marching band 🙂

You could kiss their butt, writting about how this will help you in life and what not. What did you decide to write about?
