Schmidt's Light (beer)

I had to run to the grocery store to pick up some Vanilla vodka for the wife (long day). I noticed a massive stack of beer. And, interestingly enough, a brand I had not tried before.

Schmidt's Light. $3.99. 12 pack.

I thought, hey, what the hell, I'm getting old...who needs trendy beer, right. So I splurged and picked up a box.

As a cheap beer connoisseur, I must say this stuff isn't too bad. We'll see how I feel in the morning.
Let the experiment begin!!

Schmidt's Gay sounds the same as Smidts "Light", atleast it sounds like it means the same thing 😛

Yeah, cheapass beer nets you a cheapass buzz...and a nastyass hangover! Anyone ever heard of MeisterBrau? Man...me and the guys used to get WASTED on that crap....talk about puke city.

But hey, it was like $6 a CASE back in 1985. 😀

The worst beer I've ever had was Lonestar. That stuff was just nasty. And to top it off it was just barely chilled, not cold. *shudders at the memory*

I've had plenty of Schmidt beer in my past life. However, there is a reason why they call it the "Schmidt Shaits".
