Scheduling Automatic Backups in Outlook

Is there any way to do this in Outlook 2000? We don't have an Exchange server and are just using Outlook to download Internet mail. We'd like to do a daily backup of the folders and have them moved (maybe automatically named also) to a specific folder. Thanks in advance for any insight 🙂
