I check stop using Scheduled Tasks, but it loads in the systray every time i boot. Any ideas as to how to disable it permanently?

I had that problem way back when and I can't remember exactly how to do it... But, have you deleted all the scheduled tasks?? Try that you can always add them later if you want to start using them again. Also, I don't remember if it ends up in the start up folder, if it does delete it from there. Hope it helps.

Doesn't 'Stop using Schedule Task' under the advanced pull down menu stop it loading?

I believe I read somewhere that if you had the Critical Update Feature of Windows Udate installed that the Task Scheduler would continue to run at Startup. Could be wrong though.
