Scheduled Tasks in Windows XP

This article states that I cannot create a scheduled task on an account with a blank password.

I need to get around this. My options are to enforce passwords on all my users. This, while a good idea, is not practical.

So what are my other options? Use third party task scheduler? Any ideas?

Kellys - Korner - A scheduled task can be run without paswords
For XP Pro: Start/Control Panel/Administrative Tools/Local Security Policy/Local Policies/Security options.
In the right hand pane (third down). Accounts: Limit local account use of blank passwords to console logon only. This is enabled by default, disable it.

My primary user base for this project is XP Home, but pro might be thrown in the mix.

I'll be thrilled to get this to work - it was the last step in a project I've been working on. Thanks so much!
