Scheduled boot and shutdown

Does anyone know of any way that I can get my PC to boot up at a particular time of day, and shut down at another time automatically? It's important that the PC is completely off, and not just on standby.

As far as the shutdown, you can easily do that with a batch script and schedule it in task manager. I should have a script for it lying around somehwere, so PM if u need it and I can dig it up and email it to you. (what OS are u on?)
As far as boot, I believe that needs to be a feature in your bios.
