TD rebates no thank you. They do not fulfil them.

Is this an 8bit panel? I do not know. If it is it's an ok deal without the rebate.

I have a sceptre x20 which is pretty much the same thing by the looks of it and am pretty happy with it. It has a great picture but it has a stuck pixel, doesn't bother me though. I have had it for 6 months and it works fine still.

a friend of mine got a Sceptre 23" Widescreen for $250 from Newegg. it came with a $50 rebate that i hope he will receive. i also heard bad things about TD's rebate (un)fulfillment but i hope purchases via Newegg are take a bit more seriously.

well, regarding the monitor, his monitor came without a single dead pixel and picture quality is great. hopefully it will remain functional for at least 5 years. one thing i'd like to point out is, Sceptre has neglected their website....i cant find the manual for my friend's monitor anywhere there! (!?)
