It looks like it uses the same panel as the Apple and the Dell. Only the selling price is cheaper because it's quality is unknown. 380 bucks...not bad but build quality could be an issue.
 
Sceptre's 20" 4:3 lcd was supposed to be pretty decent, so I'd guess that this one is too. You can get a dell 2005fpw for under 400 during the sales though, so I'd go with one of those.
 
I think the 4:30 is the same panel as the 2001FP series on Dell. Same spec everything just less msrp and build quality. I have no doubt that both have the same OEM manufacturer as well because the only differences between the two are speakers (Sceptre) and no speaker (Dell) on Naga II while Naga III have speakers but no USB compared to USB and no speaker for Dell but there is the optional and detachable speaker for the FP series. All the specifications remains the same to say the least.
