notice that costco.com link says 450:1 ratio but i found other sites that say 500:1.

im not much of an lcd expert but the .29 pitch kinda turns me off (if it were a CRT monitor at least...)

is this a good deal?

the 0.29 dot pitch is what the dot pitch would be on a crt if u were running a monitor that size at that resolution.

anyways looks like a good deal as long as shipping isn't too expensive

so is the dot 29 pitch good for this monitor? you're saying that dot pitch is based on the resolution and dimensions of the screen right? so it's not some separate calculation that is dependent on the quality or sharpness of the monitor... right?

All LCD at that resolution will have the same dot pitch. CRT dot pitch ideas do not apply to LCDs.

I bought two of the 26ms 19 inch Sceptres that Costco has been advertising at $349 and they mistakenly sent me two of these! I already had a Komodo IV X9 which is why I purchased two additional ones from Costco (so they would match). Imagine my surprise to find out that they mis-shipped me two Naga II monitors by mistake. I had to buy another Naga II so that they would all match, since the Naga II's have the Crystal View screens and my existing Komodo IV doesn't. Hooray for Costco!
