So there I was browsing the all glorious internet. Forgetting what I was going to search for, I had the colorful and wonderful msn.com up. And there I saw the article header relating to Osama Bin Laden saying how this just marks the beggining of an epic. At this point, its hardly crossed my mind.

I had to work at 7am, so asleep I went. Only to have the scariest most realistic dream I have ever had. It went like this:

"One of my best friends Justin and I were installing my DSL so we could network out computers together. Only to find we lost a cd that we needed. So, we went outside, and he was looking in his truck, as I was looking in my car, when he comes over to me and says "holy $hit, thats one hell of a storm we're getting." So I look up and see these two MASSIVE funnels of clouds, all black and white, like chemicals reacting. And we sat there staring at it for a few seconds (now, these explosions probably happened 25-50 miles away, behind some mountains), and then we saw a bomber fly through the explosion, and me and him both said "It's started," and we ran towards the house, only to be thrown back by another explosion. Everything was shook, tons of things were flung through the air like dust. Our neighbors having a gathering of 20 or so people next door, all screaming and crying as stuff is being blown at us at speeds we couldn't imagine."

And then I woke up. This dream was so realistic and scary, thats I wrote down what happened so I knew I wouldn't forget.
Another wierd thing is. This happened on 9-11-03 at 5:53 am, is when I looked at the clock.

I know that most of you will never realize just how bad this may seem to me, or how realistic it was, because no words that I can write could describe it, but I though I woudl share.

Summary:
Saw Osama Bin Laden headline saying "this is the only the beggining of the epic"
Had a bad dream were we started getting bombed - very realistic, I wish words could explain/describe this dream, but read it, and I hope you understand.
This happened on 9-11

That wasn't dream. Your mind actually receives these images through glitches in quantum metareality; they actually happen somewhere, somewhen.

I had a dream once that scared me. It was definitely a war/invasion dream. I remember fleeing from the foreign soldiers, that appeared to be Latin Americans and were speaking Spanish (dream knowledge only, not that I understood what they were saying). They were dressed like civilians, but carrying rifles. I was pursued into some kind of metal warehouse with a concrete floor. I couldn't get away. I went down. I can't remember how I fell down, but I was laying on my back looking up when the riflemen got to me.

What really scared me and made it so real is that the enemy had no regard for me. I could feel so strongly that I was not the main character in my dream, although I could only have it from my perspective. Once they got to where I was laying a rifleman shot me in the chest without any hesitation. They were already looking away from me and walking away, talking about something else as my vision started to fade.

My vision faded to blackness. I could feel warm blood pooling around my back. Then I could only hear my heart beat. It got louder in the darkness, but slower. And then it stopped. I let out a warm final breath.

Everyone says not to die in your dreams. But that's exactly what I dreamed.

I had a dream a couple of years ago, shortly after I graduated high school. I was invading Normandy. We stormed the beaches, I killed a german (and I was shocked that I wasn't sick to my stomach), then we realized that we had to 'free POWs' from a german prison camp, I ran up a hill and as I crested it I saw the prison camp, which was my Highschool. The administration was the SS and was actually marching around wearing NAZI unifroms and Jackboots. I snuck in and hid out in my calculus classroom (my Calculus teacher was there but was characteristically apathetic and was okay with the whole "liberate the prisoners" thing). A few of my friends (who were prisoners) showed up and we were getting ready to jump the guards when the dream ended. I think it was probably the coolest dream I ever had, and it was an Allegory to boot.

I am willing to bet that it did.

He went to sleep thinking about the events of 9/11, and so he dreamt about them. Perfectly good explination.

Doh. Missed it. Well then, how is that wierd? It's not such a stretch when you know that it's September 11th... If it was 09-11-01 it would be wierd.

That's very deep.

Last night I dreamed that I went to McDonalds and ate some flies....hope that isn't happening to some poor sod somewhere.

Flies would be an improvement to what they usually serve.

Osama's gonna hit a big city, now some town with mountains in the backdrop. ;) But yes, I can see how a dream like that could get your heart pumping in overdrive...

I had a dream earlier this year that was along those lines... really realistic... dreamt that the nuclear war had started, so I was down in my friend's basement, and all I could think about was trying to get online to post about it, seriously :Q
