1. Who sent the hit squad to kill tony in the end??

2. Why does tony tell that fat guy to call mr. lopez at 3:00 and say "we fvcked up, he got away."?? If lopez actually sent a hit squad to kill tony at the babylon, wouldn't he recognize their voices? And why does lopez admit that he sent the hit squad AFTER the phone call?
 
1. the colombians because he killed their hitman and didn't do the job he was supposed to
2. Lopez may not have personally sent the men. He may have had one of his lackey's do it so he may not have known each and every hitman personally. Lopez admits it because he tries begging for his life. He knows there was no way to lie at that point because he got exposed.
