yeh, definitely turn off all electronics, and to prevent any lightning that may live in your lines after the storm from causing damage you had better stay unplugged for a good week.

Agreed. To be real safe, I'd have all the wiring re-done in your house along with a new panel put in. Lingering lightning can be a real bitch.
