Do over the counter scar treatment creams like Mederma and Scar Zone really work? They're kind of expensive and I don't want to start the treatment if it's a waste of money. I have a few scars on my neck from cyst removal in the past year I'd like to lessen.

Scar Zone is quite a bit cheaper than Mederma, but appears to have similar ingredients.
 
Erm, I'm not a Klingon. It's one thing to have a surgical scar from back surgery, it's another one to have two lumpy scars on your neck under your jaw.
