Canon CanoScan N650U USB Flatbed Scanner or HP Scanjet 3400Cse Flatbed Scanner?

they're both low priced scanners but all i really want to do is edit text i scan and maybe a picture here and there.

I've never been a huge fan of cannon products. I have the HP you're talking about's big brother (the 6300C) and I love it.
