I have a Canon8400F flatbed scanner which is about 4 years old. Recently all scans output to a PDF file appears to be very washed out and dim. This is in black/white, greyscale or color. Just a very weak PDF image.
When scanning with output to a JPEG file everything is OK.
I've uninstalled all software and driver files and reinstalled to no avail. Any suggestions?
