Hello, I am recently facing a problem regarding my office's scanner. It always shows error while documenting the data. I am not IT professional and so have no idea what is wrong. Does anyone here can help me ?

Unfortunately, the very close IP match to 65 known spammers = I've locked this thread - the question seems unanswerable without further information, the OP left, and it sounds like a common spam setup that we see frequently. Sorry, "George". -Admin DrPizza

more information is required to help you. what kind of scanner. what do mean "documenting the data"
 
"Documenting the data" seems to be a translation from a language other than English. The best possible meaning is "while scanning the document.

OK - having said that, what kind of scanner, and what specifically is the error message?
