links to personal vstores are not permitted here, buddy.
Not only shall I expect the mods to lock it, but I hope they delete the link and tell you to take a vacation.

Is this scanner any good? Does anyone have another one they would recommend? I like that I can just plug it into the parallel port...

Personal vstores?

The link to my personal site was because I couldn't post the coupon code I got in the email to the forums here. I thought posting a link to the coupon I got might be questionable, but I figured if the mods didn't like it they could edit and remove it.

You are implying that I am making some profit on this?

Ok I went to vstore.com and now I see what you mean. It's one of those affiliate e-commerce sites. I don't think that is strictly forbidden in this forum...if it is then (oops) sorry.

So looking through the vstore plan if I joined and opened a store and I were to sell this scanner I'd be making a whopping 2% commission! A whole $1.35 after the 15% coupon.!

Ha! I'd be better off buying the scanner and reselling in the For Sale/Trade forum.

So go Crap on another thread.

You've only been here a couple of months. Last feb-summer there was a lot of controversy over vstore sites, because everyone was posting them. They are considered affiliate sites, and the rules say "No dealers and no SPAM (IE: muli-level marketing, pay-to-surf, pay-for-referral schemes or links to auctions) allowed!" Don't worry about it...this will probably get locked, but just don't do it again.
