scanner don't work in win2k

anybody know if scanner need special twain driver or any will do
my 1997 scanner twain install on win2k
but when i want to do scan
it say fail to load
WTF
somebody help
it's magic star made by Relisys
their site is no help too

You may be out of luck if the manufacturer's site is of no help. If I were you, I'd call them and ask them directly: Relisys, 408-945-1062. Good luck!

I ran into the same thing with my Visioneer 7600, I just called them up and they sent me an update disk.
