Too bad the scanner's out of stock for me, sounds like your deal may work though. B&M mean birck and mortar, meaning a store you walk into and not an on-line store. ;) I don't see how it's stealing since you buy it from the same store you're returning it to, it's more like a free upgrade. I always buy the extra warrenty with big ticket items and then if it breaks you get a new one fr free. Even the sales staff at big stores tell you to wait a few years and then break it and get a new one.

B & M = Brick and Mortar... Not the online version of the store...the actual brick and mortar version of the store...

Isn't there an FAQ Thread..? For Newbies

Ok, for all you "Green Peace" people who think this is stealing, then print it out and go to your local B&M and get the PM and be happy with your $15 scanner, since most Staples are out of stock on this item. For all the "Other & Evil" people out there go and PM the scanner, buy the extra warranty for the scanner and when it "breaks" a few weeks from now take it back to the B&M you bought it from and get the newer model for the return as stated in the warranty you paid extra for you get the newer model if the model you bought isn't carried anymore in the store. :) No matter this is still a hot deal since your getting Canon (1 N) scanner for $15. This is in no way the same as killing a car sales person, nor do I encourage anyone to kill anyone (but I am in the US Navy, so I do kill people. Is that legal?). ;)

It is out of stock in my area. I have personally used this scanner. While it might not be top of the line, it is certainly a very good scanner for anywhere under about $30 after whatever discounts you can find.

This scanner has one outstanding feature -- IT IS TINY. It is about the same size as a regular 500 sheet stack of paper. This makes placement very easy. It will sit comfortably on top most tower computer cases. Definitely the smallest flatbed scanner I have worked with.

Willith......(but I am in the US Navy, so I do kill people. Is that legal?). If your superiors told you, it legal, but GOD may see it differently ?!? Anyway though, the Devil will be happy to take you :Q

Sparty...thanks for your encouraging words, I feel much better knowing I'm going straight to Hell. :) Maybe I better get in on this deal since I'm going to Hell anyway. Oh wait, I'm Cathlic so all I have to do is confess to my priest and I'm in the clear for a few Hail Mary's and Our Fathers. ;) Don't anyone tkae this too seriously, I'm only making a joke. :)
