woo got a response...if anyone cares:

Hello,
Thanks once again for your previous mail and for the photo, the car look great in the picture.Like i said that my client who said he's interested in your 1996 Eagle Talon TSi AWD Turbo, said he will handle the shipping, said he's ok with the price and has promised to be issuing you a Certified check of $14,500 and you deduct the amount of your 1996 Eagle Talon TSi AWD Turbo which is $7,500. and send the remainder of the check to my P.A here in London to make arrangement for the shipment of the car with our local shipper here for them to come over to your location and pick the car and get it ship to the UK.
Like you know that it don't take long for a certified check to to be cash in the US.I will like to count on you to send back the remainder of the check to my p.a as soon as the cheque get to you and it's been verified. To make things fast and convenient,I will like you to give me the exact...Name you want on the check....Your mailing address and your contact phone # so i can pass it to me client and he start with the procurement of the check and will also like us to engage in a longlasting bussiness relationship.
Thanks and hope to hear from you soon.Terry

Haha, give him the bank account number;)

Why the heck would you send a check for more than what you want for the car?

Wow. I didn't know there were actual scams like this. Lol. I'm laughing because a friend of mine tried selling his trumpet on Ebay and he got this guy "from Africa" that was needing to send some other money to someone else, so he sent a check to my friend for like $5,000 (trumpet was only $500) and said if he could ship a.s.a.p. afterwards and also send the remaining to someone else. The check was fake! Lol

They normally get a form of ID and/or your fingerprint. Not a good idea.

im just gonna cash it and wait till it bounces as counterfit :)

on the side note, i wrote him back saying that i will need $100 in cash to deregister the vehicle in US, so when i 'ship' to UK, it wont show up as stolen :D

Then your ass will get owned for passing a counterfit check. Great plan.
