Scammers don't make finding work easier

So I'm trying to find a job, any job really, something that will last until December when ski season starts. Currently I am going through Craigslist and the local newspaper website and applying through emails and phone calls.

Every now and then I get a reply back! Woohoo! I love seeing that Inbox (1). Except for this.... About 3/4 of the time it's some scam. The worst is they have my fuckng resume. While it doesn't have a lot of sensitive information on it, it does contain my phone number and name, and my work history. I hate that soooo much.

Feel OP's pain. Craigslist is really very much akin to being a child walking through a prison of pedophiles with the doors unlocked. That's a hateful way to fvck people's time over, too. It's one thing getting an email from some asshole but setting up a fake job so that somebody will waste time is shameful. Maybe stay with monster or other job sites that require money to post jobs?
