scammer cop brags about ripping city off, isnt charged

youve probably heard about the city officials in bell, ca ripping off their city by taking huge salaries. the police chief even bragged about it, saying "I am looking forward to seeing you and taking all of Bell's money," to the assistant city administrator. apparently he was a huge scammer from the start, declaring disability his first day on the job so he could collect half his $400000 salary for life. amazingly he is the only city official not being charged. im always surprised how cops are never charged no matter what they do.
