on 3-05-10 he posted an x-box 360 with games for sale.
I contacted him through pm
we agreed on $110 shipped just the console, no games.
sent money on paypal
a few days later (3-08-10) received paypal e-mail on refund, but received another e-mail stating his account and/or bank has no funds
hasn't contacted me or responded to paypal dispute.

also i was contacted by another member (Jumpman) that he was sold the same x-box and is in the same situation with paypal.

I did some research and it seems he had scammed others on another forum.
If allowed i'll post the all the info i could gather on this guy.

I have never scammed anyone before and I havnt started now. Times have been rough for me latley and I had to start selling some stuff I didn't need to help out. I had multiple xboxs and other stuff I was selling. Anyways I decided not to sell them, issued refund to multiple people and my bank thought it was fishy or something and reversed all the refunds.

Anyways 90 percent of all refunds have been made after numerous phone calls with bank and paypal. Everyone will get there money back I am not here to scam people for petty money.

I accept the responsibilty for all the problems this has caused and am sorry for the inconvience.

I would appreciate all my contact info be removed from here asap.

This is to confirm that I had a problem with cEXODUSk very rescently. While he indeed returned my money to me, he took a very long time to do it, and never even appologized.

I sent multiple PMs and emails, I was extra nice to this guy, waiting and waiting. I didnt even open a paypal dispute right away. Gave him a week first...

I bought an xbox from him for $100 and the story was very similar to the quoted post.

At first I didnt even want to make this public. I understand what it is like to have your personal info posted like this. But I had multiple people PM me about this person and this made me post here.

What really pisses me off is that in his post here above mine he states that he simply decided not to sell his stuff and had bank problems on top of that and that is why he didnt sell. But he told me how the xbox was actually dropped after it was sold to me and he had to RMA it and that was the reason for not selling...

Get your act straight cEXODUSk! If you sold something to someone, ship it and dont make up stories. If you had a change of heart, be honest about it and return the money immediately, not 3 weeks later!

The fact that times are rough and there are problems with the bank is not an excuse. If you have problems, dont sell stuff, dont deal with people. Is sort of like saying... "Well I have debt but I cannot pay it becuase I am broke..." You shouldnt have bought stuff on your credit card in the 1st place! Dont have money? Dont get a loan, dont use credit cards, dont buy stuff.
