I mean its all hilarious and well and good, but when this guy keeps money from these idiots, isnt he committing international wire or mail fraud?

Funny thing happened to me. Apparently some Nigerian opened an ISP account using my CC. I still don't know where they got my CC number and why they only used it to charge $50 in webhosting fees on it. Needless to say I canceled the card.
