SCA SCSI With Raid Controller .. Known Problems?

Ive been having trouble getting a raid controller to work with Win2K with known good drivers, and was wondering if my problem is using SCA drives with 80-68 pin SCA adaptors? Anyone know of any conflicts that might present as opposed to using 68pin drives?
