Agreed. I couldn't care less about USC, but I don't see how they are different from fans of some other college football team. There are insane, idiotic fans of every team. The only why this case is different, is because it's cool to hate USC since they've been near the top the past few years.

As a Washington fan, I have tremendous respect for USC. I don't see any players in the NFL that are thugs. Polomalu? Tatupu? Bush? Palmer? Leinart?

I happen to be an avid poster in the scout.com college sports message boards, and I can assure you the USC fans are some of the most intelligent in the game.
