SBS 2003 w/ SP2 - Missing Many Updates

I work for a small company and I normally handle the small IT projects. A different person set up our server many years ago. This server is our domain server which handles AD DS, DHCP, WINS, and DNS for our domain.

The server has almost 200 available windows updates. I'm nervous to run the updates as I'm not sure what all of them do and how it will effect our environment. Should I proceed with the windows updates? Anyone have any tips?

Yes I would for sure since it's your domain server! make a full backup just in case.
most are security updates IMO

I was planning on making a full system backup before moving forward. Thanks for the advice.

I plan to do this on a Saturday in case I have any major issues I can try to correct them before work starts Monday morning.
