I am a new newbie to Linux and I don't know it very well at all, but I am trying to learn. I have just got it installed and am having some probs with the SBLive. I have read alot of different articles concerning the drivers for it, but they are too advanced for me and I can't understand them.

Could someone tell me or show me step by step how to load this emu10k1xxxxxx driver so that I can get sound in Linux?

Maybe one of these days I will be able to do this stuff on my own.

I appreciate any advice.
