SBLive and problems with it.

I have had some problems with my sound card ever sence my I replaced my mainboard with a MSI MS-6330 Lite3 (KT133A north and VT82C686B south)
My older MSI K7T Pro 2a died about 2 months ago, and had to replace it.

I known there has been problems with the southbrides and the SBLive! cards. I remember seeing driver to fix that problem, but they have dissappered off Creative Labs site, and off the internet. There is no conflicts, and the drivers seem to have worked. Every time I goto play a game or something else the whole computer locks up, and I have to re-boot.
I have disabled the on board sound in the BIOS screen, and even flashed the Bios to a newer reversion. Still hasnt fixed the problem.

So what I am down to is calling creative labs when ever they open back up, or getting another sound card. (heh anyone want to buy 2 SBLive cards?)

Anyone got some Ideas?
