Howdy folks,

Just another net guru here, relying on the internet almost as much as oxygen. Well, here's the issue, I used to have Comcast cable as a provider and just swapped to Yahoo SBC DSL in the Bay Area, CA because they were soooo cheap. With Comcast, I never had a problem at all with connections or speeds. Ever since I jumped over to Yahoo DSL every so often my router (Netgear WGR614v2) would be disconnected and I would have to login to the router and manually connect. Anyone have any idea why it always does that? Silly DSL, or silly me!? If anyone has any particular insight or suggestions I may find useful, please do share. . great appreciated!! Take care folks!

I am off in Hartford, CT. Few of my buddies have SBC dsl and haven't had any problems. I've had comcast for at least 4 years now, and haven't had a problem except for the price. Have no clue on the router situation. try contacting netgear. I have had to call them before, and they are very helpful.
