SBC DSL anti-rant

Wow, about a year ago, my DSL croaked & it was SBC's fault, thought I was going to have a stroke getting it back up & getting someone besides tier I support.

My DSL is hosed today, intermittent problems, failed connections, etc, obviously a line problem.

15 minutes with tier I in Bangalore, trouble ticket started, tier II called 1.5 hours later, gave me new trouble ticket number, and a phone # to call. Tier I even volunteered her employee ID number without me even asking...

What a difference a year makes.

At least they're more polite & seem to have a functioning process this time.

Tier I didn't even ask me to re-install windows or anything;)
