I do some gaming and a lot of mp3 listening.

Putting one of these in the signal path would probably help more then any upgraded soundcard. Replacing the extreemly crappy speaker wire that comes with the Z560's with some 10-16 gauge copper wire also makes a *HUGE* difference.
