SB Live! Value and ACS56

I've been using SB Live! Value for about 2 years. I paired it with my JVC compact system and a pair of cheap speakers to get four-speaker set. Right now I'm thinking to get a real four point speaker set and Altec Lansing ACS56 is what I have in mind. I'd like to know if it's a good set for its class or are there any other better ones?. It costs about $130 here and I'd like to keep my purchase under $160. I'll be using it for gaming and listening to MP3s ans also occasional movie (VCD) and CD audio.

I have herd the ACS 56's, i like my ACS 48's better i just hook up some decent labtec's for the rear channels. The sub on the 56's cant hold a candle to the one on the 48's IMO. And i love BASE 🙂
