I have an ATI All-In-Wonder Radeon 32 Mb DDR video card and a Sound Blaster Value Live sound card on a Win2K OS. Every time I start the TV tuner I get a picture but no sound until I restore defaults on the the sound card. I will have TV sound until I close the TV and then restart it. Then no sound until I restore sound card defaults, again. Happen every time. Any ideas?

The SB Live generally sets a particular inputs level where it was set at the time of the last normal shutdown. Tuners usually use the line in port so I would set that volume where you want it and do a normal shutdown/restart. On restart the level should be where you left it.
Some tuner cards software take control of the line input sound levels and can conflict with the soundcard/Windows software volume controls. If you use a S-video or composite input with a stereo miniplug, try plugging it directly into the soundcards line in port, it will render the tuner's software volume control inop however, use the SB Live drop down menu with line in selected to control the volume.
